1. Clients send Inquiry for plants

Our company will quote the best price with plants pictures, also we sincerely welcome the clients to visit to see plants quality. Besides we will calculate how many plants will fit into one container for our client’s reference.

Once client confirm price and quality is Okay, we will send proforma invoice for the client to send advance payment to confirm the order.

For plants available in stock, we will get plants ready packed and when for client’s instruction when to load container, and normally our Delivery time is about 10 days after advance payment; for the plants which client reserve, we will start potting plants for them, Once the plants root establish well, we will load the containers.

After loading containers, we will get ready documents ready. and then send send scan copies to Client to proceed the balance payment.

After we receive the rest payment, we will send all original documents to client by DHL express.

Once our client receive plants, and if the plants are dead due to our responsibility, we will compensate for our client, Treasure Every Client and be Responsible is our work Goal.
